When a Desktop License Works
If the font is only embedded in the PDF part of the e-invoice (embedding status: Preview & Print), a desktop license is sufficient.
What to Avoid
The font may not be converted or supplied in the XML part. Our team is still reviewing legal requirements for this.
The Safe Option
As long as the font is embedded only in the PDF, its use is fully covered by a desktop license.
