What happens
If you use a font in an e-mail, the recipient will only see it correctly if the font is installed on their computer.
Workarounds
To ensure your design is displayed as intended, you can:
- Embed the font (if supported)
- Send a graphic file
- Create a PDF
Why this occurs
This is not a limitation of the font itself. It is a limitation of e-mail technology.
